Shipped fractional trading — reached ~80% user adoption and a ~$10M revenue increase in launch year. Data-informed by competitive and market research, customer journey research, and feature-adoption tracking. Also delivered contextual learning and the app-wide navigation reorganization.
Planned and executed the mobile design system migration across 20+ projects, each with its own designers, PMs, and developers. Locked iOS and Android flagship apps onto the shared system; set the platform pattern for subsequent mobile initiatives across the org.
Prototyped the migration in Swift — working prototypes demonstrating the shift from static Objective-C to a tokenized workflow. Analyzed the iOS codebase for accessibility and made platform-tightening recommendations. Introduced the first fully working Figma library at Fidelity.
Ran the mobile product practice across iOS and Android — weekly cross-team meeting brokering agreements, surfacing new functionality, and aligning roadmap. Partnered with Wealth Management, Retirement, and other business lines on features including "Next Best Action" and security purchase flows.
